After our last Paris trip, there was one request we kept receiving again and again .. and again:
“But… why didn’t we go to Disneyland?”
and to be fair .. we understand the pain.
After countless requests, here it is.
Not as an add-on 🟪, not as a rushed stop 🟪🟪
but as its own full day 💟💟💟.
Spring + fairy tales = the perfect combo
What’s more fairytale-y in spring than the fairytale land of Disneyland? 🤩🤩🤩 Warm light, pastel skies, and a castle in the distance just the kind of scene many of us imagined as kids.
For a lot of us, this place lived in stories: princesses, castles, and songs we grew up with. For others it was another dream to go the Disneyland park in Paris as well. Now the dream isn’t on a screen anymore nor a fantasy ! We get to walk through it, for real 😱.
One park, many worlds
Disneyland Park is big
— and it’s designed like a set of worlds stitched together by music, mood, and movement.
You can spend a whole day here without ever feeling “done.”
Main Street, U.S.A.: warm lights, shop windows, and the first “I’m really here” feeling.
Fantasyland: fairy tales, princess vibes, literally fairytale characters walking the area, classic rides, and the castle energy with its secret dungeon ?
Frontierland: wild west atmosphere,Coco movie themes, cinematic landscapes, and adventure-movie vibes.
Adventureland: hidden corners, pirates of the caribbean, Aladdin, jungle paths, and exploration energy.
Discoveryland: futuristic vibes, Star Wars and Buzz lightyear, and high-energy rides.
Parades !!!: You get the most amazing jaw dropping and different parades (we will keep an eye on the Schedule!).
The best part? You get to see to see it all!
Pick your must-sees, then leave space for wandering.
You can slowly explore Disneyland Paris' Map and hype until then.
A quick note about the other park (Frozen vibes)
You might have heard about the soon to be opened areas at that time in the other park (Disney Adventure World),
including a big new Frozen-themed world.
It’s an exciting reason to come back another time after it opens, and after more experience and feedback have been gathered
— but for this trip, we keep it focused:
one park, fully, properly, and together.
But you are very welcome to and can use your ticket to go to the other park instead of the one we are going to.
The journey is part of the story
The bus ride isn’t just transport — it’s shared time.
Any break in whichever country, any quiet conversations, half-sleep moments, and that feeling of arriving somewhere together.
A bus journey with your friends (and new faces) and then a whole day inside another world.
and more importantly: you finish a Saturday, start a Monday… and no one will even realize that in between, you casually crossed borders and spent a whole day in Disneyland. 🟣🤫
Food & backpacks (yes, you can bring your own)
Disneyland has many restaurants and quick bites, but you’re also welcome to bring a backpack with snacks and your own food (homemade sandwiches are totally fine).
- Bring a small backpack for snacks, water, and a power bank.
- If you prefer your own food, you can absolutely take it with you.
- We’ll share practical tips in the WhatsApp group (what to pack, what helps most).
The moment everyone remembers
As the day slows down, the park lights up.
Music softens. People gather; even those you didn’t spend the day with.
And then the fireworks.
Phones down. Heads up.
That’s the shared ending moment.

The return time may vary depending on traffic, boarding, and other external factors.

- Disneyland Paris: full day in the park (1 Park)
- Evening meet-up + fireworks moment
- Late-night return to Krefeld & Kamp-Lintfort

Important notes
- Wear comfortable shoes.
- Bring snacks.
- Bring a power bank if possible.
- In case of bad weather, bring a rain jacket / umbrella.
- It is mandatory to carry a European ID Card or Passport.

FAQ
Refunds?
Tickets are non-refundable once the trip is confirmed.
You can transfer your ticket to another student up to 24h before departure.
If the trip is cancelled by us, 100% of your payment is refunded.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes — you can bring snacks and food in your backpack if you prefer. There are also many food options inside the park.
Miss the bus?
We leave on time and can’t wait — please be 15 minutes early at your pick-up.
Email deliverability?
Please use an email you check often — your ticket and updates will be sent there. Some university addresses filter Pretix emails, so a personal email works best for now.
Who can join?
- Student, Staff Member or Alumni of Hochschule Rhine Waal
- Student of any German University
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes
— Each HSRW student is allowed to register a Plus One (you’re responsible for your guest 🙂)
