Swim & Chill at Naturbad Xantener Südsee
Some days are simply made for water 💟
Warm air, towels in the bag, snacks passed around, and that one afternoon where campus can wait a little.
Together with AStA Sports, we are heading to Naturbad Xantener Südsee for a relaxed lake day with swimming, picnic blankets, fresh air, and enough space to do absolutely nothing for a while.
Swim, snack, chill on the grass, bring your people, or come meet new ones there.
A little break by the water
This weather is asking for lake water, open air, grass, sand, and the kind of afternoon that does not need too many instructions.
Naturbad Xantener Südsee gives exactly that: a place to swim, slow down, sit together, and let the day feel a little less like routine.
You can go into the water, lie on the grass, bring something to eat, play cards, talk, read, or just sit there and let the lake do its thing.
It is not far enough to feel like a huge journey, but far enough to feel like you left campus behind.
That is usually the sweet spot.
Lake-day mode 🟣
Bring swimwear if you want to go into the water. Bring a picnic blanket if you want to fully commit to lake-day mode. Bring snacks if you understand the assignment.
There is no need to make the day complicated. Sometimes the plan is just water, sun, food, people, and a place to sit.
Come for the swim, come for the picnic, come for the fresh air, or come because doing nothing next to a lake is still better than doing nothing indoors.
