💡 Non-Profit Transparency

This project is 100% non-profit. If any of our events involve a ticket fee, it is only to cover real costs such as materials, space, or workshop tools. We do not make money from any activities.

🤝‍ Who Can Join?

Everyone is welcome at our Lounge events — students, researchers, staff — from any university in Germany. We ask for your university email address only to help us keep our events open, inclusive, and safe for the academic community.

Data Protection (GDPR)

We take data protection seriously. We only collect the information necessary to organize our events (e.g., your name, university email, and RSVP). Your data is never shared with third parties or used for any commercial purpose. You can contact us anytime at studyandchilllounge@gmail.com to request the deletion of your data.
