You asked for it last year. A lot of you. And now it's finally happening.
This workshop is for anyone who's ever thought, "I wish I could fix this" or "I wonder how clothes are even made", and never had the chance to find out. Whether you're totally new to sewing or you've done some stitching before, this is your space to slow down, learn something new, and do it in good company.
Marwa studied right here at HSRW, and now she designs and creates beautiful pieces through her own fashion and sells her customised pieces over several countries. She’s coming back to share her skills and story with you — and we’re honestly so lucky to have her.
We’ll cover the basics of sewing in a cozy 2-hour session. You’ll learn how to thread a needle, sew by hand, and understand the essentials. You can bring a piece of clothing you want to fix or repurpose, or just come as you are. No pressure, no experience needed.
Just a safe and open space to explore, try things out, and maybe discover a new passion you didn’t know you had.
So if you’ve ever wanted to learn how to sew, or just want to come for the vibe and creativity, this is your chance. Come solo or bring a friend. The important thing is to show up and give it a try.
